As a Data and Pricing Analyst under the Operations team, your expertise won't just maintain but enhance our digital catalog's efficacy and accuracy, ensuring our solutions are depicted precisely and compellingly to our varied clientele.

Core Responsibilities:

Product Content Excellence:

• Spearhead the timely publication of stellar product content, aligning with launches and promotions.

• Oversee product hierarchies, attributes, and cross-sell opportunities in CMS systems.

Masterful Data Management:

    • Maneuver through extensive spreadsheets and data files, ensuring flawless format and accuracy.

    • Be the sentinel, ensuring the integrity of our data through rigorous review and validation processes.

Collaborative Content and Pricing Strategy:

   • Engage with Web, Marketing, and Ops. Teams, ensuring product listings harmonize with organizational objectives and client needs.

   • Navigate through content scraping via web and third-party vendors, providing a rich and robust product depiction.

Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify and implement enhancements in the content enrichment process, being the pivotal point for content-related solutions.

    • Review, recommend, and revamp content and pricing management processes to ensure streamlined operations.

Aligning and Collaborating Internally

Directly reporting to the Catalog Team Manager, your role is not insular but interconnected, requiring synergy with IT, Customer Service, and Sales Teams.

You will be navigating through a professional/warehouse office environment, deploying standard office equipment, and embracing a typically 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday work schedule. Although travel is not a requisite, flexibility in work schedules to meet business needs is appreciated.

Your Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other data management tools.

• Familiarity with distributor product content requirements and CMS.

• Analytical, solid communication skills, and collaborative spirit.
