We're looking for a Order Management Specialist to handle all facets of customer service and order fulfillment to include processing a high volume of orders & meeting daily deadlines. Must be able to execute all responsibilities accurately and quickly, have advanced problem solving and organizational skills. We're looking for detail-oriented professionals who can work independently and effectively communicating with others in a team setting.

 

Essential Functions:

• Sales order and data entry.

• Answer incoming telephone calls, taking messages and routing calls.

• Handling customer inquiries regarding order placement, pricing, delivery confirmation, and other pertinent order management questions.

• Manage e-commerce order fulfillment systems.

• Work during evenings and weekends (e.g., evenings and weekends).

• Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.

 

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years in Order Management, Order Entry, Data Entry, Customer Service/Administrative Assistant role.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both oral and written.

• Positive and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with others.

• Exemplify the highest level of professionalism in communication with customers and suppliers.

• Acute attention to detail.

• Microsoft Office XP and Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred.

 

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $21.00 per hour
